All Soccer specializes in small group soccer training and personalized college recruiting guidance for high-level female soccer players. Our Advanced Training program, based in Indianapolis, offers focused, high-intensity, technical-based training sessions that will result in improved performance and increased confidence. The small group format allows for a more individualized plan tailored to your development, as well as more consistent feedback.
Separately, our College Advising program provides expert navigation through the complex process of college recruiting. We specialize in building custom recruiting roadmaps tailored to each athlete’s unique blend of soccer ability, academic goals, and college preferences. We work with a limited number of players per class, and we are dedicated to helping you find the right fit.

How it Started
After close to two decades as a women’s college soccer head coach, our founder Drew Roff understands the type of on-field training required to be successful at the college level. With experience leading three NCAA soccer programs from a rebuilding phase to the NCAA Tournament. Player development has always been at the core of Drew’s coaching philosophy, and he has mentored numerous All Americans and several professional players over the years. Top players need top coaches, and Drew believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing players thrive and achieve their dreams.
He also has a deep understanding of the college recruiting process and how stressful it can be for players and their families, especially when lacking information and guidance. The college decision is a major one, and in order to make an informed and confident decision, help is needed. Also, once an athlete finds the right fit and commits to their dream school, the journey is not over, it is just beginning. Players need to know what is expected at the next level, and how to prepare for it, in order to thrive.
